Booking Policy
- Book your session in the dedicated area, choosing the location/day of the week/time.
- Fill out the “authorization form” (at the end of this page) if you want the “PICK-UP” service, every Monday from Earlham Primary School (main gate) to the Cypriot Community Centre at 3.30pm ,with the child’s details, your email and contact number (the wait will only be 5 minutes)
- Provide fresh water and healthy snack for their 10 minutes of break
- Payment: 3£ in advance as deposit during your online booking session, 10£ by cash on the go the event day (only for Lollipop Art Club at Cypriot Community Centre)
- Classes for children, adult and the elderly are priced differently.
- Bookings are open to a certain number of participants; if you book a slot, we will reserve it for you, but in case you do not show up yourself (or your child), we cannot refund the ticket because we are unable to offer “your” space to anyone else.
- If your child is nearly 5 years old (2 to 3 months until 5 years old), contact us by email or telephone before booking.
- Our art sessions are suitable for children aged 5 to 11 years old. Please do not book if your child is not within the age range (we will not refund a lesson if the child is not in the required age)
General information
- Children should wear appropriate clothing!
- We can get stained, so old or not relevant clothes should be worn (we provide disposable aprons, but paint does get everywhere!)
- For space reasons, all works done during our classes must be taken home on the day, as we cannot store it in our setting.
